I was just starting to enjoy the character development on this show when you snatched off the only reason I was watching it. Nicky2States always came with something different to the table. And I saw some definite growth with her throughout the story arch. The last 4 I could really care less about. I have a feeling the white chick is going to get her world rocked in eliminations.click through to see the rest of this entry after the jump →
Watching VH1‘s Flavor Of Love Season 3 & Ego Trip’s Miss Rap Supreme got me to thinking about this whole “Celebreality” phenomenon. Everything I’ve seen so far and including things I’ve been told “off the record” by one of the season 2 participants leads me to suspect that these shows are predetermined before taping begins. We’ll talk about that conversation later. Working with video, I know that events and dialog has to be staged in order to achieve the desired continually. So Flavor Of Love’s every move is a calculated exercise in film making. click through to see the rest of this entry after the jump →

I had absolutely no intentions to watch this show. My opinion on women MC’s is the same about woman DJ’s, they’re bullshit! I get a call last night and it’s a friend on the other line and she’s watching this lupe fiasco. What can I say, I was drawn in. It’s like watching a train-wreck that you can’t turn away from. First off in the game of reality TV, at least 1 person has to be likable out of the gate. I didn’t like any of these people. Serch and I as well as Yoyo have broken bread in the past, but this show does nothing to bring out who they are as people personality-wise. It’s like we’re getting a lobotomized Serch & Yoyo to guide us through this competition that I don’t even think the contestants care to win. click through to see the rest of this entry after the jump →

Opinions will be expressed, feelings will be hurt. These things are to be expected. What's important is absolutely nothing. I'm not paid to understand you people or add any redeeming social value. I'm in it for the LUL'z...
